What They Do
Adjust air flow in the idle circuit to maintain idle speed under various load conditions in fuel injected engines.
Failure Symptoms
Vehicle stalling, high or low idle speeds. "Check Engine" light on continuously.
Maintenance/Service
Check for proper function and inspect forcarbon deposits on pintle. Clean or replace as necessary.
